Visits to the rooms of accommodated guests must be announced and approved by the operator of the accommodation facility before arrival, as well as approved by the accommodated guest for whom the visit is coming.
Accommodation in the accommodation facility Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica is allowed only to persons who are not affected by infectious diseases.
The guest can be accommodated on the day of arrival at the accommodation from 2:00 p.m. The room is reserved for the guest until 8:00 p.m. On the day of arrival at the accommodation and until the same time, the accommodation facility is obliged to accommodate the guest, unless otherwise stated in the order. In the event that the guest does not check in on the day of arrival, by the specified time for accommodation and does not notify the operator of the accommodation facility of a possible late arrival, the operator of the cottage has the right to freely dispose of the room and possibly offer it to another interested party.
The accommodation facility provides guests with services to the extent and quality determined by the relevant decree on the categorization of accommodation facilities, according to which Cottage under Sedlo Čertovica included.
When occupying a room, the client checks the condition and functionality of the equipment in the room in his own interest and immediately reports any defects and deficiencies to the landlord of the accommodation facility Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica.
The guest agrees that only a responsible employee - the landlord, or another person authorized by the landlord or the manager of the company that owns the Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica object, has the right to enter his room during the entire rental period, for the purpose of performing his official duties.
The guest is obliged to pay the bill for the accommodation in accordance with the valid price list, as a rule, before starting the accommodation, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord of the accommodation facility.
In exceptional cases, the accommodation facility Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica can offer the guest a different accommodation (a different room) than was agreed upon, unless it differs significantly from the confirmed order.
In the room and social areas of the accommodation facility, the guest may not make any changes to the equipment or interfere with the electrical or other technical and operational installation without the consent of the landlord of the accommodation facility.
The landlord of the accommodation facility Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica is not responsible for jewels, money and other valuables in the possession of the accommodated guests.
In the time from 10.00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. every guest staying at the Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica is obliged to observe night silence.
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the room, corridors and other social areas of the accommodation facility.
When leaving the room, the client is obliged to close the water taps, turn off electrical appliances and room lighting, and close the doors and windows.
After the end of the agreed period of accommodation, the client is obliged to leave the Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica accommodation facility and its premises by 10:00 a.m. If the guest does not do so, and has not agreed otherwise, the landlord of the accommodation facility has the right to charge him for the extension of his stay according to the valid price list.
If the guest requests an extension of the stay, the landlord of Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica can offer him a different room than the one in which he was originally accommodated.
The guest is responsible for damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility Chaty pod Sedlom Čertovica as well as for the loss of room keys according to applicable regulations.
The following is prohibited in the premises of the entire accommodation facility:

Damage or destroy the property of the accommodation facility, manipulate any technical or technological equipment and facilities of the accommodation facility Chaty pod Sedlom Čertovica and carry out any activities that threaten the safety of the property of the accommodation facility and the persons in it.
Behaving in an unsociable, disruptive or otherwise unacceptable manner, either verbally or physically.
To move around the accommodation facility in clothes or shoes that, in the opinion of the operator of Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica, can damage or pollute the premises and equipment of the cottage. (ski boots, hiking shoes or dirty shoes, dirty and wet clothes)
In the Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica building, it is strictly forbidden to handle, operate or light the fireplace without the operator's knowledge and permission.
Smoking in the indoor areas of Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica, except for the smoking area designated by the operator of the accommodation facility. (space in front of the entrance to the cottage).
Possessing and using narcotics and other narcotic and prohibited substances.
Entering the accommodation facility with live animals without notification and consent of the operator of Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica.
Bring into the accommodation facility, or keep with you or in the premises of the accommodation facility, objects that threaten public safety, the life and health of visitors and employees of the accommodation facility.
Use and handle sports equipment and objects of larger dimensions (skis, sleds, bicycles, transport boxes, etc.) in rooms, corridors or social areas of the cottage, except for areas designated for this purpose by the operator.
Publicly organize and play gambling games, distribute political, religious or other recruitment or promotional leaflets. Handle open flames.
Use any electrical appliances (except personal hygiene items) without prior approval from the operator of Chata pod Sedlo Čertovica.
Relinquish and provide accommodation to other persons who are not legal guests of the accommodation facility.
Bring firearms, explosives, pyrotechnics and other dangerous and life- or health-threatening objects into the accommodation facility.

The client is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules from the moment he rented the room. Likewise during the entire stay in the accommodation facility Chata pod Sedlom Čertovica.
In the event that the client violates these accommodation regulations in a serious manner, the management and landlord of this accommodation facility has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation and accommodation services even before the end of the agreed period with immediate effect and without compensation for the accommodation and services fee.
In the event of riots, either during the consumption of alcohol or any other substance, or non-adaptability, the landlord of the accommodation facility has the right to terminate the guest's stay with immediate effect, if necessary with the assistance of SBS or the Police.

Fee schedule for damage caused:

A. Loss of keys - EUR 50

B. Violation of the ban on smoking in the premises of the accommodation facility, except for the premises designated for this purpose - EUR 150 + immediate termination of stay.

C. Damage to property - the fee will be priced taking into account the extent of the damage caused.

D. Theft of company property - the fee will be priced depending on the type of thing stolen. The fee will also include the possible costs of third parties when dealing with the filing of a report with the Police to initiate a criminal prosecution.

Cancellation terms of payments for accommodation and services at Chata Pod Sedlom Čertovica:

A/ In case of cancellation of the order 14 days before the start of the stay, including the day when cancellation of the order was requested, 100% of the price for the accommodation and 100% of the price for the ordered services will be refunded to the owner of the order.

B/ In case of cancellation of the order 7 days before the start of the stay, including the day when cancellation of the order was requested, 100% of the price for the ordered services will be refunded to the owner of the order. Payment for accommodation is not subject to a refund in this period.

C/ If the order is canceled 3 or less days before the start of the stay, including the day when the cancellation of the order was requested, it will not be possible to return any part of the paid amount to the owner of the order.

The effect of the right to a refund of any part of the paid fee occurs on the day of delivery of the written request for cancellation of the stay or services to email: chatar@chatacertovica.sk.
In the event that there is a request to change the date of stay and services after payment has been made and our facility is unable to comply with this request, the same cancellation conditions apply. as when canceling an order.
In case there is a request to cancel part of the stay and services or a request to shorten the stay and adjust services during the stay, the same cancellation conditions apply. as with a canceled order.

The following cancellation conditions apply to exposed dates, such as Christmas and New Year holidays, New Year's Eve stay, Three Kings stay and Spring break:

A/ In case of cancellation of the order 21 days before the start of the stay, including the day when cancellation of the order was requested, 100% of the price for the accommodation and 100% of the price for the ordered services will be refunded to the owner of the order.

B/ If the order is canceled 14 days before the start of the stay, including the day when the cancellation of the order was requested, 100% of the price for the ordered services will be refunded to the owner of the order. Payment for accommodation is not subject to a refund in this period.

C/ If the order is canceled 7 or less days before the start of the stay, including the day when the cancellation of the order was requested, it will not be possible to return any part of the paid amount to the owner of the order.
